Excalibur’s efficient dehydrator is designed with patented technology to simultaneously heat and dry food for optimal results. Its dual-temperature digital controller accelerates the drying process while the temperature range of 95°F to 165°F preserves active enzymes in fruits and vegetables yet is high enough to safely dehydrate meat for jerky. Create homemade trail mix, dried fruits and vegetables, fruit leathers, meat jerky, crunchy granola, and more. The dehydrator is also ideal for craft projects, including drying herbs and flowers, making paper, and creating potpourri. Featuring Parallex Horizontal Air Flow and Hyperwave Fluctuation technology, it provides one of the most efficient heat/dry combinations on the market. The 48-hour timer automatically shuts off the unit when the set time is complete, and the clear polycarbonate door allows easy viewing of the drying process. With nine 15″ square BPA-free mesh trays, you can dehydrate generous batches simultaneously, making this unit perfect for home cooks, bakers, and craft enthusiasts alike.
