Description
Cast iron, particularly lighter versions, is making a comeback as a safe and healthy cookware choice. La Gourmet has addressed the common issue of rust with modern technology. Nitrigan is a special process that alters the surface of the cast iron, creating a hardened, rust-resistant, and durable material without adding chemicals, making it a healthy alternative to PTFE-coated cookware. With proper use and care, the La Gourmet Nitrigan Wok develops a natural patina that enhances its release capabilities, ensuring safe, eco-friendly cooking. Always dry the wok thoroughly and follow the seasoning instructions to prevent rust.
